Anchorage, AK – Fatal Car Crash on Seward Hwy
A fatal car crash took place near mile marker 90 on the Seward Highway in Anchorage on the evening of November 30.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., a 2000 blue Subaru Outback was headed north on the Seward Highway when for unknown reasons, it crossed over the middle line into the path of a 2016 white Ford pickup. The two vehicles were then involved in a fatal collision.
The driver of the Outback, and its sole occupant, an unidentified male, was pronounced deceased at the crash scene by responding medical professionals.
Paramedics were at the crash scene assisting those with injuries, and the driver of the pick-up truck was transported to a nearby medical center for treatment of injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening in nature.
No further information has been released at this time, and no one else involved has been publicly identified.
