Palmer, AK – One Injured in Crash on S. Old Glenn Hwy
On Tuesday, January 5th, Alaska State Troopers were dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle injury collision on South Old Glenn Highway.
The accident took place at about 2:55 p.m. in the area of Marth Road and South Old Glenn Highway when a 1998 Dodge Durango heading northbound on Old Glenn crashed into the back of a 2000 Buick sedan that had come to a stop before making a lefthand turn.
An occupant of the Durango was transported via ambulance to a local medical facility for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
Officers on the scene reported that everyone involved was wearing their seatbelts and that impaired driving was not a factor.
Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family at this time. We hope for their full recovery.
