Anchorage, AK – Pedestrian Fatally Struck on Glenn Hwy

Officers from the Anchorage Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian-involved accident along Glenn Highway on Thursday, January 14th.

An initial investigation revealed that a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 pick-up truck was driving along Glenn Highway in the area of Airport Heights Drive when it struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver stayed at the scene and has cooperated with officials.
